Cipriani Residences Miami 80-story condo tower planned for Brickell site
Mast Capital paid $103M for the property in December, and plans two apartment buildings for the site with a partner
Cipriani is expanding its footprint in Miami with plans to brand Mast Capital’s luxury condo tower in Brickell, joining a handful of new projects in the neighborhood.
For the Cipriani family, the planned Cipriani Residences Miami adds to a growing portfolio of properties. The family operates the Mr. C Miami hotel and is branding the Mr. C Residences in Coconut Grove. It also operates the Cipriani Downtown Miami restaurant in Brickell.

On the heels of the successful launch of hotel and social club Casa Cipriani, the brand unveils their plans for the first-ever, ground-up Cipriani residences, Cipriani Residences Miami.
Cipriani got its start when Harry’s Bar in Venice opened in 1931, founded by Giuseppe Cipriani. Throughout the 20th century, the brand expanded throughout the world and today the hospitality brand has more than 30 locations around world. Today, the company is run by Giuseppe’s grandson, Giuseppe Cipriani.

“Our buyers are smart,” says Sonia Figueroa of Related Group. “They know that our agreement with the brand specifies certain standards. They know they’re getting something very high quality.”
Another luxury marque racing into Miami is Bentley. The English carmaker’s Bentley Residences in Sunny Isles Beach, developed by Gil Dezer, will be the tallest beachfront condo tower in the US at 749 feet.
